Transport and logistics

Through state-of-the-art barcode-controlled storage location management, we are able to control each product precisely for you. We will also gladly handle warehousing for you. To ensure streamlined order processing, we communicate order and shipping information based on your specifications; for example, we can communicate directly via telephone, email or electronic data interchange (EDI) as well as other desired AVI portals. Upon request, we can even organise the entire transport to the retail locations for you.

International processing

Do your products need to be transported to POS locations across national borders by water, land or air? We organise national as well as international shipping, if desired, we can even handle registration and customs clearance in the respective country for you.

Aftersales service

Do your customers have questions about the new products? Of course, we will also be available after the successful launch to answer any questions you may have. We also continue tracking after completed sales and automatically monitor raw and operating materials, consumables, supplies and packaging inventory.

If you wish, we can jointly analyse the sales performance of the new products after a certain amount of time or look for new sales potential. We can then use this information to develop more detailed growth concepts for you.
